For Authors
Submission Requirements
Manuscripts submitted to the journals of Kelajak International Group must be uploaded exclusively through the OJS (Open Journal Systems) platform. Submissions are accepted in .docx or LaTeX format. Authors must ensure that all figures, tables, charts, and illustrations are embedded within the main manuscript file. Submitted work must be entirely original, not previously published, and not under review in any other journal. Each submission must be accompanied by a cover letter that briefly explains the significance of the research, its novelty, and its relevance to the journal’s scope.

Manuscript Preparation
Our journals accept two primary types of articles: original research papers and review papers. A manuscript is generally expected to include the following components: title, authors and affiliations, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, optional appendices, conflict of interest statement, author contributions, acknowledgments, and references. The title should be concise, clear, and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript. The abstract should contain 150–200 words and be written as a standalone summary without citations, URLs, or unexplained abbreviations. Keywords should be selected carefully and reflect terms commonly used in the relevant discipline.
If the manuscript includes figures, tables, or equations, they should be placed near their first appearance in the text. All images must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. For LaTeX submissions, all supplementary files (figures, bibliography files, etc.) must be uploaded along with the main manuscript. Abbreviations should be defined upon first use, and measurement units should follow the SI standard whenever possible.

Ethical Standards and Authorship
Authors are expected to adhere strictly to principles of academic integrity. Any potential conflicts of interest must be clearly disclosed. If no conflict exists, the manuscript must include the following statement:
“The authors declare no conflict of interest.”
The specific contributions of each author must be described in the Author Contributions section. Acknowledgments should remain brief and should not include references to anonymous reviewers or unnecessary personal expressions of gratitude.
All references must be accurate, relevant, and properly formatted according to the journal’s citation requirements. References should appear in the order in which they are mentioned in the text and listed accordingly at the end of the manuscript.

Data and Code Availability
If the research findings rely on datasets, authors are encouraged to specify where these datasets are stored or how they may be accessed. If custom software, code, or algorithms were used to conduct the research, authors are advised to deposit them in a public repository or submit them as supplementary material. These practices help ensure transparency, reproducibility, and scientific rigor.

Review Process and Final Submission
All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening before being sent for peer review. Any required revisions must be uploaded through the OJS platform along with a detailed response to the reviewers’ comments. Acceptance of the manuscript depends on its scientific contribution, originality, methodological quality, and compliance with journal standards. Once accepted, authors must submit the final .docx or LaTeX version of the manuscript, fully revised and formatted according to the required guidelines.
